I am an artist and art therapist, registered by professional body ANZACATA. This means I have taken part in extensive training, I am trauma informed and have a masters degree in Art Therapy, so you know you are in well trained, committed hands.

Email me to schedule an initial session, in person at my southern beaches studio, or online.
In your first session, you will have to opportunity to share why you are seeking therapy. We will get to know each other and make some art. I will explain to you how art therapy works and how this therapeutic experience might offer you support. We can create a plan together on how we might proceed, talk about your relationship to therapy and what you would like to shift and move in your life.
